Comet

Comet is Perplexity's browser, built around the idea that the assistant should already know what you are looking at. Instead of pasting a page into a chat window, you ask about the tab you have open, and the agent can act across tabs — compare a set of pricing pages, pull the shared claims out of six articles, fill in a repetitive form. The trade-off is the usual one for agentic browsing: it is genuinely faster on multi-tab research, and it needs supervision the moment a task involves acting on your accounts.
